Six Channel Relay Card Check

If the DG doesn't start in manual mode and the LLOP as well as Controller are found ok. The next step is to check if the six channel relay card is working fine.  

This is a very simple check. We already had put the system in the manual mode and pushed the start button in the previous step. 
On Six Channel relay card, E1 Led is glowing in DG start condition, E2 Led is glowing in DG stop condition, E3 Led is glowing in EB contactor hold condition, E4 Led is glowing for DG contactor condition, E5 LED for smoke alarm and E6 LED for FAN on condition.

 
If system is not getting on EB supply, for EB contactor hold we check RL 3 and its LED E3, it should be glow.
If it is not glowing, it means the six channel relay card is faulty and we need to replace it.


If it is glowing, then we need to further check the DG start/stop sensing wire.
