Fault tree DG not Start in Manual mode in SPS

DG does not start in manual mode
We check the LLOP, DG battery, DG physical condition
How to check the LLOP in SPS
Notes
Check LLOP and DG fault
If found faulty, Say user not in Delta scope.
If found ok, keep SPS on manual mode and further Check controller.
Put the system in manual mode then push the start button and check the output DC 12 voltage in controller back side pins 2 & 3: – 12 VDC should be come.
If found not ok, then create CM ticket with controller and provide to user. Part code: - 5045044900
If found ok, then check the Six Chanel Relay card.
On Six Channel relay card, E1 Led is glowing.

If found not ok, Six Channel relay card E1 Led is not glow then six Chenal relay card faulty. (5505604525)
If found ok, If DG is unable to start, then check the DG sensing wire terminal of DG start (12) and DG Stop (13) with 12V –ve supply. (Depends on SPS version)



NotesCheck SPS DG start/ stop sensing wiring DG start
If found ok, wiring loose connection. Now ok.
If found not ok, If DG is unable to start, then check the DG Relay box black strip (Output terminal of relay box) 4 wire (1 start, 2 stop, 3 12v+ve, 4 12V-ve). 1 and 3 wire loop DG should be start. 2 and 3 wire is loop DG should be stop.

NotesCheck DG relay card from DG section. DG start
If found Not ok, DG start/ Stop Solenoid valve is faulty/ Wiring faulty, not in delta scope.
If found ok, Check the DG Relay box white strip DG start/ stop wire (Green/ Red wire) (input terminal) with 12V -ve Supply. DG should be start/ Stop.

NotesCheck DG relay card from DG relay coil section. DG start
If found not ok, then create CM ticket to user. Then start relay faulty Part code 721321155
If found ok, wiring loose connection. Now ok.
