Controller Check

Controller Check

If the DG doesn't start in manual mode and the LLOP is found ok. The next step is to check if the controller is working fine.

For this we'll first put the SPS in the manual mode and push the DG start button. Now, we'll check output DC 12 V in controller back side pin 2 and 3.

If the voltage is 12 V then controller is faulty, and we should get it replaced.

If the voltage measured is not 12 V then we'll check if the Six Channel Relay Card is working.
