FAULT TREE SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING WITH MAINS IN SPS

Check the input voltage on mains MCB Phase to Neutral 90V to 300V. If partial voltage is not activated, then all 3-phase heathy phase should be come.

Check the Neutral to Earthing Voltage (It should be below 5v and not Gretter then 20v)


Notes
Check the mains voltage and voltage between Earth and Neutral.
If found not ok, then say user for correct the voltage. Voltage issue not in delta scope
If found ok, then check the voltage on controller by using Up and down arrow button.


NotesCheck the voltage on controller
If found not ok, then 3 Phase (PT card) faulty PT Sensing Card Faulty, Part Code - 5045046900.Provide CM ticket to user.
If found ok, then check the 48V connector. Connector no. 19, 20 48V should be come.
Notes
48V come in connector 19 & 20
If found not ok, then Say customer to check the connection not in delta scope.
If found ok, then check the contactor add on block when EB MCB off then Add on block NC terminal continuity comes and NO point continuity does not come.

Check the contactor supply connector. Supply 48V comes in terminal A1 and A2 and contactor is not hold, then contactor faulty.

If found not ok, then Contactor faulty provide TT, Part Code -( For Shinder) 729083914 Qty -2, 729015314 Qty-1.
If found ok, then check the 6-channel relay card
Notes
Check 6-channel relay card, on six channel relay card E3, LED is glowing
If found not ok, then six Chenal relay card faulty. (5505604525) provide TT to user.
If found ok, then some loose connection. System is ok.
