Fault Tree of DG not Stop in Manual Mode

DG does not stop in manual mode
Check DG physically.

NotesCheck the DG stop solenoid valve, DG Panel and DG battery
If found Yes, If DG status is faulty then inform customer that issue is from his end. DG fault not in Delta Scope.
If found No, keep SPS on manual mode and check controller.

How to check SPS controller
Put the system in manual mode then push the stop button and check the output DC 12 voltage in controller back side pins 2 & 4 :- 12V DC received
If found No, then Controller Faulty create CM ticket with par. Part Code - 5045044900
If Found Yes, Check the six Chenal relay card

If found No, then create CM ticket for 6 Chanel relay card faulty and provide to user. Part code is 5505604525.
If found Yes, If DG is unable to start, then check the DG sensing wire terminal of DG start (12) and DG Stop (13) with 12V –ve supply. DG should be start/ stop. (Depends on SPS version).
How to Check DG Start Stop Sensing wire in SPS Terminal

 Check the DG sensing wire terminal, DG should be start 
If found Yes, then wiring loose connection. Now ok.
If found No, then check the DG Relay box black strip 4 wire (1 start, 2 stop, 3 12v+ve, 4 12V-ve). 1 and 3 wire loop DG should be start. 2 and 3 wire is loop DG should be stop.

NotesCheck DG relay card from DG output start stop terminal. DG Stop
If found No, then DG start/ Stop Solenoid valve is faulty/ Wiring faulty, not in delta scope.
If found Yes, then Check the DG Relay box white strip DG start/ stop wire (Green/ Red wire) with 12V -ve Supply.

DG should be start/ Stop.

How to check DG relay box DG start stop condition in SPS

NotesCheck DG relay card from DG relay coil section. DG Stop
If found No, then create CM ticket for stop relay faulty and provide to user. Part code 721130581.
If found Yes, then due to loose wire connection, now problem resolved.
