CONTROLLER DISPLAY BLANK ISSUE IN SPS

Check the controller back terminal 1 and 2. voltage should be come (9VDC to 12VDC)

If Yes Voltage come and controller display is not on. Controller faulty. Part code (5045044900)
If No Check the DG battery charger for 12v

Check the DG battery charger for 12v (If yes check the wiring connection

if no check the DG battery status) in case of Dg battery is not availability proceed next step.
Check the dg battery charger 48v input
If no Check the SMPs 48V mcb on

If Yes, then check the charger output 12V. If no, then declare the charger card is faulty. If yes, then declare controller faulty.


Fault Tree

For DG Start condition in SPS in manual mode
Put the system in manual mode then push the start button and check the output DC 12 voltage in controller back side pins 2 & 3 :– 12 VDC Should be come.
For DG stop condition in SPS on manual mode
Put the system in manual mode then push the stop button and check the output DC 12 voltage in controller back side pins 2 & 4 :- 12V DC received
