DG Contractor not holding in SPS

Notes
Step 1:
Check the input voltage on DG MCB Phase to Neutral 230V (Range 210V to 240V) with multimeter in DG Start Mode.
                           
Check the Gen voltage and frequency (HZ) in controller.

Check the Mains voltage and HZ in controller.        

IdeaVOLTAGE BETWEEN PHASE TO NEUTRAL (90V-300V)

If Found No:  
3 Phase (PT card) faulty PT Sensing Card Faulty, Part Code - 5045046900.

If Found Yes:
Check the 48Volt connector. Connector Pin no. 19, 20 and voltage will be same as 48Volt. If 48 Volt not shown in multimeter, then says to customer this is not in delta scope.

Step 2:
If 48 Volt shown in multimeter, Check the continuity on DG contactor add on block when EB MCB off then add on block NC terminal continuity comes and NO point continuity does not come.

If Found Yes:
Check the DG contactor supply connector. 48Volt DC supply comes in terminal A1 and A2 and contactor is not hold, then DG Contactor faulty provide TT, Part Code -( For Shinder) 729083914 Qty -2, 729015314 Qty-1

Step 3:

Check the DG frequency range (48 HZ to 52HZ) and DG RPM (1500 RPM to 1530) all are in given Range then go to next step otherwise set the DG Frequency and RPM in given

format. After this DG Start in Auto Mode and check the DG contractor hold/unhold. If found not in hold condition provide TT to customer with six-channel relay and contactor,
