Step 1:
Check Alarm is generated in SPS, and which alarm is generated then follow the below points to check the actual issue.

If Found No Alarm generated:
Then check the physical status of alarm relay board if it is fine and there is no burnt case found then check the alarm pin/alarm terminals all are in ok condition then reset the controller and check alarm is generated or not if alarm not generated then issue Complaint against the 9-Channel Relay Card and 37 Pin alarm card faulty.

Then check the physical status of 9-channel relay is working or not on below URL.
