Delta Orion-Touch Web user interface feature

For Login to a Delta Orion controller with a local or remote PC, we typically use a web browser and connect via an Ethernet connection. Orion controller's had common default IP address and then enter the same it into your browser's address bar.
The default IP address is often 192.168.100.100. After navigating to the IP address, a login page will appear, where you can enter the default username and password, which are usually both "admin".
Connect to the Orion controller:
Use a LAN cable to connect the Orion controller directly to your PC or through a LAN connection at the site.
If using a LAN connection, ensure your PC's network settings are configured correctly (either with a static IP or using DHCP).
2. Access the web interface:
Open a web browser on your PC (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).

ORION Touch Controller

ORION Touch is a sophisticated power system controller that can be used for both small and very large, complex power systems. It consists of a single hot-pluggable central unit, which provides basic I/O periphery. A very robust and reliable CAN standard-based communication bus (IMBUS) provides easy expansion
ORION Touch uses external modules for monitoring system elements. This modular approach is perfect for expandable power systems with decentralized distributions and batteries in separate rooms. The integrated PLC offers the flexibility for monitoring and control of auxiliary devices, system upgrades, and capacity expansions.
The key features of ORION system include:
Large and easy to read colour display with touch functionality for easy and convenient local operation.
Integrated WEB server – very easy to use and operate
Remote monitoring via Gigabit Ethernet, modem or RS485
Easy integration of 3rd party modules via RS485
Easy maintenance by pluggable architecture and Micro SD card slot to enable automatic backup
Integrated PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) functions to enhance flexibility, and monitoring and controlling site infrastructure
Advanced battery management and testing method

How to use Orion Web user interface

How to use Orion Web user interface extended options.
1.Step 4. Go to menu: Configuration > Signal Processing Engine > Measurements
2.Step 5. Click on the «Edit» button for the «Usys» analogue measurement.
3.Step 6. In the new Analogue Measurement window click on the «Calibrate» button.
4.Step 7. In the Calibration window enter the exact value measured with a voltmeter and click on «Calibrate».
5.Step 8. The changes made to the ORION parameters need to be saved to make them permanent.
6.Step 9. Check the battery polarity by measuring the voltage over the battery circuit breaker. The voltage should be at most a few volts. If voltage is more than that, the battery polarity is not correct, and it must be changed by switching the “+” and “-” cables connected to the batteries.
7.Step 10. Switch the battery circuit breaker(s) into «ON» -position.
8.Step 11. Check, that the load is connected to the distribution DC-terminals and switch on the DC-distribution circuit breakers connected to the load.
9.Step 12. Check the functioning of the system according to the next two chapters for rectifiers and the controller. Checking the functioning of the rectifiers Following procedures are able to accomplish only with a suitable DC-load available. Check that the rectifiers are able to deliver current with battery test function. The method is to first discharge the batteries for a while and then recharge them. The controller carries out the procedure, which decreases the rectifier voltage below the battery voltage (U Support). Therefore, in case of a battery failure the system will not crash.
