State of Charge (SOC) is not showing in the Li-ion battery system
Reset the unit by pressing the reset button with a stick
SOC indication available in Li-ion systemIf yes, after reset, alarm cleared. Problem resolved.
If no, Monitor and confirm alarm status from the alarm table.
Verify the address switch settings as per the binary system shown in the image
Verify the battery communication cable connection. Ensure the master communication cable is properly connected between the battery and the SMPS RS485 port. The communication cable voltage should be between 2V and 5V.
Battery communication voltage is within the acceptable range.If no, Provide TT number for BMS card/software upgradation.

if yes, follow below steps
To select the battery profile in the controller:
Go to Main Menu → Battery → Battery Profile → Select the appropriate battery type.
After updating the configuration file, deactivate and then reactivate the system to verify the status.
Path: Main Menu → Controller → Configuration → Update → Deactivate → Activate
Verify the battery communication cable connection. Ensure the master communication cable is properly connected between the battery and the SMPS RS485 port.
SOC indication available in Li-ion systemIf yes, Fault cleared after rectification of loose connection, controller parameter setting, and necessary corrective actions.
If not ok, Provide TT number for BMS card/software upgradation.
