Battery Alarm Issue/ Battery does not charge

Check the alarm status and press the reset button.

Reset button shown on below image

After reset alarm cleared close the call

If alarm still exists

Check the alarm status by alarm table

Check the Battery communication on SMPS
if not communicating

Check the address swich according to binary system

Check the Battery DIP switch setting

If Battery communicating check the status on SMPS controller for any Protection or warning alarms.
if not communicating

Check the Battery set to SMPS Communication cable.

Use below Connection instruction

communication established check the battery cell voltage and Alarms to relate the fault.

If not resolved.

Issue the complaint number to check onsite field engineer to solve the problem.
